The Committee on Roads and Transportation moves to amend the
bill on page 1, line 10, by striking the title and inserting in
lieu thereof a new title, to read as follows:
A BILL to amend and reenact §17A-10-3a of the Code of West
Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to extending the weekend
time period for the operation of antique motor vehicles and
antique motorcycles for recreational purposes.
